Dress doesn't look like picture and sizing is off from measurements sent. Can't be altered.

The dress doesn't look like the picture, top was supposed to be solid not colored illusion with cheap beading. The sizing is way off. The bottom is 1 1/2 ft to long and built in bra is huge. Back and forth with company via email. Not satisfied. They offered $20 to alter but the seamstress said the dress can't be altered without compromising the design. I had to send it back to be reviewed to maybe receive partial refund. It cost $60 to send back. Next step is contacting credit card company with a claim. Daughters broke out in a rash after wearing for 5 minutes.

Stay away from Fabulouspromgirl

I feel so cheated. I purchased a prom dress and it was the wrong size. It was not custom ordered. The website says that they refund and exchange but they do not. They told me that I can buy another dress and send them the original and they will refund 30%. That is absurd. There isn't anyone to speak to and they email you back once and that is all you get. Please don't order from these people they are a totally rip off!!!! After spending $170 I cannot do anything with this dress. I have pleaded with them to at least let me exchange it for any dress that would fit that they might have in stock but they say them custom make each dress. That is bull!!

Please Stay Away!

I bought a dress from Fabulouspromgirl and they will not exchange the dress. It does not fit and they are saying that I have to purchase another dress and they will refund 30% of the first dress when I return it to them. There is no way I will spend another penny with this company. They lie on their website that they will refund or exchange items. They do not have a number that you can call and they reply through email in broken english with a standard reply that everyone else seems to get. Please stay far away from this company. I am out $170 and I don't have a dress that my daughter can wear. I have never felt so taken.
